morning all, how is everyone this morning?
i'm ok, about to go get dressed and attemp the supermarket whilst its still early and hopefully quiet.
then got sons annual review meeting at school later this afternoon

ladym, i have tried nytol and they are good, tell the pharmasist what other meds you are on first tho, so they can check they are safe for you to use

Morning.

I managed to get two hours of sleep this morning (interrupted sleep but it's still sleep.lol.). Going to go out soon as I feel okay this morning and if I leave it until later I might feel really low and so not be able to make it out. I have some PS2 games to sell so I'm going to take them to the local Entertainment Base.

Shazrobo - I'll talk to the pharmacist in town. I've heard Calms is supposed to be good but I'm wary about adding on pills to the ones I've already got. :rotfl:

Hi Jen, sorry I did not get back to you last night but DS nicked comp for course work.

Do you have to tell employers about your uni? Can you do like a mock cv to help get a lower paid job is this legal? I know the job market is tough at moment as soon finishes collage in July and has been hunting around, it is very demoralising.

Lady M how's the flat pack lol has it gone through any windows yet?

Ok - a brief Tiffbit or two! Sorry peeps - I'll try to explain and post properly later 'cos I've been up to...stuff!

gazzi - only you could miss London!!! It's the very busy bit in the south hun, about 2 hours past the best bit in the middle!(back me up here badgie!) As you never end up where you're going sweetie - and half the time don't even know where you are already! - I've made an appt at the vets to get you chipped (relax - I said chipped - not chopped!), and also to have a satnav fitted onto your sporran. Loves you gazzi - take care hunnie.
ilgd - I missed you hun - welcome home! It sounds as though there was quite an ordeal angel - thinking of you. However, you can't have the smarties because after the week I've had, I've locked myself in the smartie cupboard with them and I ain't comin' out! You know where we are hunnie.

rbk - It's good to hear from you sweetie. I have been thinking of you - I'm sorry things have been so tough rbk. Huge hugs.

gem - hi hunnie. Sorry to hear about the bee sting , (OUCH!), although I'm sure that was the icing on the cake as it were. Hang in there angel.

katie - how are you today angel? Don't like to hear of our tulip crying and feeling low. Hope you've been able to have a smile today sweetheart.

More later guys - I'm not ignoring anyone.So much to tiff and so little time!



I'm off to see the head vet in an hour,(I'll give her 15 minutes before she's hiding under her desk!), then my cpn,(he thinks he's retiring in 11 years - it'll take longer than that to sort me out!), and then what's left of me has to go into town for vittles. I also started a new med yesterday so I will not be held responsible for any of my tiffing today.

And finally...


Stumpy and Martha
Stumpy and his wife Martha went to the state fair every year.

Every year Stumpy would say, "Martha, I'd like to ride in that there airplane."

And every year Martha would say, "I know Stumpy, but that airplane ride costs ten dollars, and ten dollars is ten dollars."

One year Stumpy and Martha went to the fair and Stumpy said, "Martha, I'm 71 years old. If I don't ride that airplane this year I may never get another chance."

Martha replied, "Stumpy, that there airplane ride costs ten dollars, and ten dollars is ten dollars!"

The pilot overheard them and said, "Folks, I'll make you a deal, I'll take you both up for a ride. If you can stay quiet for the entire ride and not say one word, I won't charge you, but if you say one word, it's ten dollars."
Stumpy and Martha agreed and up they went.

The pilot did all kinds of twists and turns, rolls and dives, but not a word was heard.
He did all his tricks over again, but still not a word.

They landed and the pilot turned to Stumpy, "By golly, I did everything I could think of to get you to yell out, but you didn't!"







Stumpy replied, "Well, I was gonna say something when Martha fell out, but ten dollars is ten dollars!"

Morning (just) everyone.
Is it stupid that I'm fascinated and jealous of people on a soap drama? Their lives, they're just so exciting and they're all gorgeous and I just feel so down today. I hate days like this, when I don't even want to go out of my room.
