Definitely. I dunno what to say really. Poor guy sounds lonely and clingy. He's picked the wrong person though. Surely if he knows you well enough to like you like that, he knows you wouldn't be ready for anything?

We met on bebo, so basically it was a case of seeing my photo and reading my profile info which doesn't have anything about my mh on there. Just about what I'm into and then him deciding he likes me. But I think to like someone in that way you should know a lot more than what their favourite band is or what their hobbies are.

There's nothing wrong with throwing caution to the wind, but it's more than a little awkward and pretty creepy if it's only one-sided. :eek:

And the bebo thing is a little odd. Hell, there are lots of people I hate but to have a gallery devoted to them... Be careful with him, he sounds a bit mental.

Yeah, I hear you. Also though, not to be pessimistic, but why on earth would you willingly get into a relationship with someone who was so needy, so clingy, and takes rejection and being hurt so badly? If we draw a graph and extrapolate, the chances are the next relationship I find myself in will turn to !!!! eventually. I don't want that to happen, but it statistically will. If and when i happens I don't want to have to deal with a loony. If he's acting like a loony while he's trying to woo you, how's he going to be if and when you split up?

That is a very genuine and valid point. Blade was needy and clingy. He wouldn't let me go out alone and wouldn't let me have any friends. I have just got out of that horrendous relationship, why would I want to go into one that shares a lot of similarities? .lol.
I'm quite an independent person in the respect that I don't like people to cling to me like one of their vital organs.lol. I believe that in a relationship it's important not to do everything together, to do some things separately to assert the person's independence.

Yes, they did. It turns out the leak was coming from upstairs leaking radiator and because their floor is on a slight slant it was making it's way into my kitchen. The council re-decorators are going to come at some point to see about re-plastering the bathroom wall where the plaster has bubbled where it acted like a sponge for the water.

Yeah, I've not been too well, and the dentist thing didn't help the situation, but it got me out of the house at least. Is that as pathetic as it sounds when I read it back? Ha. Gary and his day trip to the dentist.

Trust me. That's not pathetic.I look forward to the doctors just to have a bit of conversation sometimes.lol. I don't look foward to the trip there though. :rotfl:

And yeah, I have a thing for the accent and stuff. Polish, Czech, Russian... Hrmmm...

I like Italian accents myself.

I'm going to try and find a copy of "I Am America And So Can You" by Stephen Colbert. I've a feeling I'll be wasting my time trying to find it, but if I can't find it I'll just raid the charity shops and get random interesting-looking things I wouldn't think to look for otherwise.

It's always worth a try. You never know, you might find it. And if not you might find other things ti bu in the process.

I usually try to but when I do finally get to sleep I am awoken by nightmares etc.

morning all, hope everyone has had a good weekend, lot of pages to catch up on from yesterday, which i will read when i am not so tired as i am right now.

took sons off to coast yesterday, sis loads walking, and paddling in sea, think the heat and exercise have tired me so much.
both sons bck at school today, so a bit of much needed rest, housework can wait lol
a big thanks to tiff for all the links, you are an angel :A hun, i will read through them all today, looks like i got a lot of reading.

Morning everyone,
Hope your all well and good. Im knackered, I need sleep lol. ds has no school today due to burst water pipes, why couldnt i have known yesterday, would of saved me getting up early.it always causes me to panic when i cant sleep in case i cant get up for school.while ds is full of energy,im sat here like a zombie.i should take him park later but i need a nap otherwise i will pass out.
