kinda feeling a bit lost at the mo, now sons are back at school, should really be doing the house work, but lack motivation.
just got my new cd, now 69 thru the post, going to listen to that now

I am suffering from depression at the mo and OH finding it really hard to deal with:rolleyes:
I was wondering if any of you lovelies could direct me to somewhere that may help him?

Hi jinky, welcome to the thread :hello:

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with support organisations available to support the partners of those with depression. But hopefully some of our lovely people on here might be able to suggest one. Is there some specific aspect of your depression that your OH finds had to deal with? It is a very difficult condition to live with and not only for those experiencing it directly.

Perhaps your local branch of Mind could point you in the right direction. Or have you considered relationship counselling - maybe Relate would be able to help?

Could you try having counselling together so he can understand what is happening to you

welcome to everyone thats just joined us,pull up a chair and post as much or as little as you like,you are most welcome

I had a good day today,got my cleaning chores done eg the ironing and bathroom and kitchen

there is a new cafe where I live and I hope to help them voluntury,just waiting to hear back from the lady to see if they would like me there to help them out,I went in and I said I was happy to offer my help as they are looking for people to work for the cafe,I wont be taking customers orders though.I will keep you all posted once I get a reply


tonight I am not doing too much and I am just relaxing,the sun is lovely this evening I used my digital camera today and have taken some photos
