hi not been on for a while feeling really down tonight had my heart broken a few years ago and just feel so abandoned i have experienced in so many situations in my life and yet i try to be there for everyone else every now and then i feel when is my life ever going to change every time i try to change it another unwanted situation happens or things just go wrong more than right listening to angel of the morning at the mo just makes me cry and every little things gona be alright has anyone else got any songs they listen to when they feel down
    Hiya,
Im sorry your feeling down.Unfortunatly, life is a b@@@@ and thats what it does. You try your hardest to make life ok, then unwanted things happen and brings you down.Atleast you are trying to change things and that you are aware of your emotions. I dont really have no songs, I sometimes listen to songs from when I use to go. I find a lot of songs brings me memories which I would rather forget. Its like every song I like has a memory of something, good or bad. Either way it gets me thinking more which I dont want, so instead I watch a comedy that will make me laugh. You might have a few favorite comedies, you could buy it on dvd and watch. It will help you through when your having a down moment. All the best and sending you hugs xxx

    slowlyfading, nice to see you.
Ladymortica, well done for going out and posting letter.I know its hard for you but you did it girl, so be proud.
Good morning everyone else, hope your having a good morning and a good day to follow.Hugs and kisses to you all xxxx

Apologies if this has been asked before but I cant be doing with scanning through 500+ pages of threads.

Do any of you know if there are free counciling services out there for people who are (what I believe) are clinically depressed? If not counciling - other help available which is free. This person is on a low wage, and cannot aford private treatment. Is there anything available on the NHS for example?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks

nicky. Didn't stop me from panicing though. I was terrified I was going to get attacked. Darn paranoia. :/

My friend Emz and I had a long chat very early this morning. It was fun. :) We're hopefully going to meet in the summer if I feel better. :)

    xx
Aww bless why dont you think what would fun you could have if you wernt attcked instead of worrying about nasty things. Very few people get attacked.

The person in question should go to their GP and the GP will have a chat to see what help can be offered. They could ask to be refered to see a counsillor through the NHS which would be free of charge in most cases. Also in some areas there could be depression support groups.SOmetimes they require a small donation, a few quid or so and some dont ask for any money. It really depends on the person and area.

I'm just putting all my CDs onto my ipod. I didn't realize I had soooo many. :/ This is going to take a long time and I am so tired. My eyes are burning so I'm going to go and have a lie down.

Talk to you all later lovelies. :)
