Any idea if the se v600i's from onestopphoneshop are simlocked to voda? If so any tips on unlcoking this handset?

What do the networks charge to unlock handsets during and after the minimum contract period?

I have a Virgin Mobile, which I got unlocked for no fee. From memory I think that providing you have spent at least £20 on calls with Virgin then they will unlock your phone, usually takes a day or two via a text message. Saves messing about with codes.

not many (if any) have free codes you can buy codes for vodafone models
otherwise you will need a direct unlock

I am trying to unlock a Nokia 3410 . trycktil.com offers three under T-mobile options for "which network?" - 23430 , 23431 & 23432. How do Ifind out Which of these to select?
I tried one of the download programs but for some reason my system slowed to a halt after downloading when I opened the file.

I tried one of the download programs -Nokia Free unlock codes calculator v.3 & got as far as the MCC + MNC & then the GID1 but have blanks to fill in for GID2 & MSIN I don't know what these are or where to find them.

if youve downloaded the nokia free calc (use v3.1)
try stopping virus checker before extracting
you dont need GID2 & MSIN to calc the code

For T mobile and Virgin use 23430 for the 3310 / 3410 in terms of calculating a GID2 code - i think you will find it is uneccesary as this phone is only locked on 1 code - If it is still locked after you do it pm me and i will calculate a GID2 code for you

I have a Nokia 3410 that has not been used for more than 6 months and the O2 SIM has been de registered so I need a new SIM. I saw the artical on how to unlock the phone but Matin says 'There are many great stand-alone Sim card deals out there waiting to be snapped up' but I can't find a link to the information on these deals. Can anyone tell me if there is an artical or chat thread on stand-alone Sim card deals. I looked but can't find one. I am looking for the cheapest pay as you go with very low use.
