Has anyone had any trouble returning the sims because you got free delivery with it? Also, can you only return instore? tia
never had a problem instore go to the electrical counter and say you brought the wrong sim eg orange and you wanted tmobile! I always order Tesco then say i meant to order T mobile and it's too late now for birthday or some story. If they mutter show them the bit on the order form where it says refund if any problems!
Good Luck!0 -

I intend to return my sim cards by post. I've got 3 to get rid of (one for each order), but won't send them all at the same time!November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post.0

How do people get the link to these pages?, I went onto the Tesco website and couldn't find any stuff reduced, also I emailed Tesco and they stated the deal had now finished.
Perhaps they have had too many people buying these bargains and are telling me a little white lie!0 -

Hi there, I just wondered which trampette you ordered because I too ordered a trampette with 50% yesterday via Tesco Direct and it arrived this morning (foldable one). My two daughters were really exited trying to put it together and I could see them strugglying so I gave them a hand!!! One hour later and very stressed and fed up I gave up - it was impossible to straigthen it once the clips were in. Telephoned the helpline on the instructions and was told that they get loads of calls about this and that it took two men to stand on it and sort it out and so if I thought I could fold it away to store it easily then I would be disappointed!!! I have now decided to give up with it as nowhere to store it made up (if I can ever put it together) but am worried as to how I can return it too. I don't drive and it is heavy and my nearest Extra store is a few miles away.
Hope yours is ok and and wonder if anyone knows how I can return it (easily and cheaply) as this is my first order with Direct (luckily most of the rest of my order is fine and a good bargain!!)

HI
jemclajess
Is that the silver one you got? I got the blue one and was going to return it as i noticed the £11 'foldable' one and thought it'd be better as i have a very small flat. I decided to put the blue one up though and its fab:D The actual trampoline bit is all put together already and you only have to screw the legs on! So its pretty easily stored anyway, just unscrew the legs and roll it under a bed or something
That would've been my problem too, we dont have a car and tescos is a bus ride and small walk away!'They only had one cow!'0
