Hiya Tig, I hope tha Baby G is fairing well. I have replied to Sky and here is what I wrote.

Thank you for your reply below and for agreeing to reduce my package price to £5.00 per month. I am dismayed that you are unable to refund the monies that I have paid for a service that you have simply not provided and also take this opportunity to remind you that a service must be fit for the purpose for which it was sold. I would ask again that the monies that I have paid thus far for a service that you have simply not provided be refunded. I have been a loyal Sky customer for some 10 years now and I find my self in a state of utter disbelief that I have been wrongly sold and charged for a service that you have been unable to provide. If you refund the monies that I am requesting I shall say no more on the matter. Should you choose still to not acknowledge my grievance than I shall leave Sky altogether and seek my viewing and BB experience with another company and I will of course seek further advice on how I should proceed with this complaint. Over to you.

    Regards

I wont be online this weekend and I will provide and update on Mon when I am back. Have a good 'un Len x
