Tig Ive had an answer here it is what do you think:

Thank you for contacting Sky Broadband regarding your package .
I can advise upon looking into your Sky account that unfortunately we are unable to supply you with base, mid or max package at this time, but I can advise that the connect package is only up to 8mb and not 16mb.
I am however unable to offer you our fr ee base package as this is still unavailable , however I have managed t o apply an offer onto your account for you to receive the connect packa ge for £5.00 per month.
I am however unable to refund you any m onies paid to date as this package of connect was agreed by you at poin t of sale , further information is available below regarding the terms and conditions.

    What do you think??

Snaggs ~ mine died too :( But where are you now? I have a diagnosis on the sore arms

    Bunny ~ :sicksmiley: but :itcouldhavebeenworsewinkwinkmiley:

Lenny ~ your reply doesnt sound too bad but I think that we can work on it. YOu have a discount to £5 so a good start. However, what did YOU think you agreed to at point of sale?

Not much news on Baby G ~ today they were going to try and reduce the oxygen levels on the vent to see how she tolerated it but I havent heard how that has gone yet.

    Love you all
    tt

PS My *baby* is 15 tomorrow :eek::eek:
