    Is your £17 pcm supposed to be for BB or have you always been aware that it was dial up?

    It was supposed to be for BB and I have suspected that it was slow but didnt know that it was dial up.

    If you thought that you were receiving BB and thats what they sold it to you as then they are SO in breech of contract!!
