Same as the financial guys on here...use their knowledge to help us so i'll try and answer as best i can...To be honest its nice to talk 'shop' it takes my mind of the rest of the C.rap going on..although im more or less sorted in how/what im going to do..

I've just got to watch what medical/veterinary info give out as not allowed under site rules..so if you need further info just pm me.

Hi peachy, there is no reason why any animal cant be castrated really however it is not a common procedure on something as small as that due to the anaesthetic risk..

If he is humping your other one and you dont want babies then castration is a option however most vets would simply suggest seperating them to prevent this. Also once they become active they do tend to have alot of babies....from bad experiences during my childhood!

Good luck....You could start an online gerbil business??!! (joking)

    Dave.

    Thanks Dave,
They're such good friends (too good some might say;) ) it seems a shame to separate them, but I guess I'll have to if they keep at it
Note to self put new gerbil case on I&E for OR!

Hey, can you sell pets on ebay?:D
