    Check water is metered otherwise it is my understanding that it is based on council tax banding (or prev rateable value) which can be high!!

    There aren;'t really any exact figures for anything Dave, it all depends on your OR really.
    If you look HERE, it states health as £17 but the list maybe a little out of date

    Thanks for reply, I have company mobile so dont pay private costs. Im moving into rented hopefully which has gas central heating and electric too...only pay electric at present so unsure how much would be.

    You can get Denplan from £7 pmth (I think) this includes check-up & treatment . Glasses one pair per year I would think £10 pm Then if you need regular prescriptions I would add extra in & argue case.

    Although i have company mobile, if i put some down for PAYG mobile will they be able to find out?? - just thought it shows on payslip - company mobile....damn.

    Most company mobiles do not allow for personal use though..i'm guessing yours is one of them???

    You could say this is for work use only, unless it shows a charge for personal use on your payslip?

    Its a case of trying to claim in area's that you may not really use so that it offsets anything the OR does not allow or reduces so you still have enough to comfortably live on.
