Very hard day today, sun cracking the flags. Turned up at one job to be told " they said you can go now mate, while the weather is so nice they will walk" Surely they could have just phoned back to cancel............

Anyway, didnt hit the target today, missed it by £15, BUT, I did mange to get to the gym while it was quiet and i have been working my 4rse off lately so not too worried.

Good news is that the cheque turned up today from the van so i have paid that in to the bank, should be able to pay the mortgage on Friday (they rang me today too:rolleyes: )

Anyway onwards and upwards, tomorrow is another day.

Wow, I've been promoted to 2 stars:dance:

    Anyway:rolleyes:
Only wnet out at 1 today as i was waiting 40 mins for my first job yesterday. Tbh the graft I have put in lately caught up with me so it was good to take a break. My DD is not well, lumps on tongue and really sore swallowing, was crying for me at 7pm so I decided to finish early.

I am thinking of giving nights a try next week if the weather is still like this, probably end up working less hours for more money.

Didnt hit target today nut did manage to get the gym in and started late finished early.

Good news is my wheels have sold on ebay:j :j I just took an offer for £210 to get shut of them, could dp with the space and without the hassle, this will pay the council tax arrears off.

    Hope everyone else is okay.

    Hi Penguin.

I know what you mean re the walking in nice weather, thats why I was thinking of trying nights next week along with my weekends. I was blatantly told by a fare I turned up at yesterday that i could leave now they would walk while it was so nice:rolleyes:

Only starting tomorrow at about luch time 1 or 2 as i need to get my hair cut and i will be working through to 4 am ish anyway.

Ebay is a bloody joke, someone asked me to end early for the alloys, I did amd guess what, they didnt turn up and wont answer the phone. I sold a blackberry only to be told that they have now found the one they lost so no longer need it:rolleyes:

Could be worse, I could be a rangers fan in manchester (sorry BTM):p

Well done for hitting target ITBS.

How annoying about your ebay stuff - will you have to pay any fees for them?

Hope the weekend is busy for you x x

    Alright ITBS :),

Maybe things will pick up for you now the weathers dropped off, I must admit I'm a little gutted though, I love the nice weather and hate overcast dreary days... I mean what are they good for... well maybe people taking taxi's ay?:D

Yesterday I took advantage of the last of the good weather and went on a bike ride in flip flops and shorts to pay for a computer course I'm doing, via the local canal system, topped up on my non-existent tan and kept fit all at the same time, kill three birds with one stone and all that... just thought I'd randomly share that with you to keep in with the motivational spirit of this thread!

Sorry to hear about the eBay stuff... I mean why do people bother bidding on something they've got no intention of buying! What *****

Glad you hit your target today mate, and All the Best

    Cheers AID4
