I was actually quite surprised to see it getting through the swear filter!! LOL!

(bearing in mind it wont let you use the word for cat that has rude connotations) :rotfl:

Is it just me that thinks 'minge' is something else entirely?? :rotfl:

I AM sorry Bob, I am sooo childish!! :p
Don't apologise, I HAVE THE SAME SENSE OF HUMOUR AS WELL, we always have a giggle about stuff. In class i once said go and get your pinnie on then, the children looked at me and thought i meant something else-like overall or apron. Every town or area has its own little idioms or ways of saying things.
For example a muffin in our area means something entirely different to say down south. The equivalent of a minge in your area!:rotfl: :rotfl: so if someone says they are having a rug muffin -well you can imagine the looks:eek:
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Is it worth ringing up and having a minge(whinge for folk over the penines) at them?

That word is used for something totally different in the North East:eek:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    AFAIK,
A minge is a fringe for *down there*

At least, that's what I always assumed...

:rotfl: Muffin makes me chuckle a bit as well! Although I had one of Tigtag's delicious muffins this morning, so perhaps I shouldn't say that! :D

what would be a muffin top then ? up here it's like when a girl that's a size 16 tries to squeeze into a size 10 and has rolls of fat hanging over her jeans (i know a bit too graphic that description) we call that a muffin top
