I bank with Lloyds and find them A1. Whenever I go into a branch the most annoying thing I find is the whinging customers. Do they never stop moaning. The branch I go in to is littered with the free bus pass brigade. I am convinced they just go in their to complain for complaining sake.0

ffacoffipawb - you say you've been with them since 1990 and never noticed that all your transfers from FD to any other UK bank (excluding HSBC) take 4 working days.
Well, in preparation for the new tax year, I sent £3,600 from my FD current account to my Lloyds TSB current account on 1 April in readiness to top up my 6.5% fixed rate cash ISA on 6 April.
The money has just arrived at the Lloyds end this morning, 3 April - the third (inclusive) working day.
This confirms what I said earlier.0
