  • My partner has a blue badge and we always try to checl restrictions before we travel, Westminster adn some of the other London Borughs are tight. expensive lesson to learn. Perhaps try to appeal? Good luck. Sounds like a genuine mistake
  • although teignbridge charge disabled to park in car parks if you contact council you can buy a parking permit for £10.00 a year which allows you to park for free in all the concil registered car parks
