What I wouldnt give to be a SAHM!!!!

I just cant afford too. I split with my kids dad nearly 2 years ago and we are still trying to sell the house. So I have my half of the mortgage and debts to pay. We moved back to Scotland from Yorkshire to be closer to my family. But no real option other than loose the house and I dont want a worse start up here than I already have  .

Good on you all for doing it :T :T as I believe the boys would be much happier with more of my time. At the min am trying to get my bosses to let me do my hours over 4 days instead of 5 so fingers crossed then I get 3 days on the trot with them:j :j
Although I get lonely  as a single mother there are always two smiling angels ready to give me the biggest hug in the world. Love you babies :grouphug:

Yes i am a SAHM. I cannot afford to go back to work, it would cost more in childcare than I would earn. also this is child no. 4 due on sept 24th so I think I have enough of a job already
I do home educate my 10 year old DD too, and hubby is out from 7.15 til 5.30 every day at work.

BTW stuff what people think (op was worried about what people think) , and it is a myth that your brain has to turn to mush! Often propagated by - yes unfortunately- stay at home mums themselves!!!
