I recently placed an order with OSPS, which requires cashback by redemption. After reading posts placed by others on this forum, I am seriously worried. I am a student and cannot afford not to have the "cashback". Can anyone advise me if they have had dealings with this company, as I beleive I can cancel as it is only "being processed".

If you haven't received the phone yet or are still within the first 14 days then you can return the phone and cancel the contract.

Otherwise you are tied into contract.

They have paid me 3 cashbacks to date, there was a delay during May but the latest came quickly. I suspect the cpw ownership makes them more reliable.
However they do use sharp practice with internet orders, changing the order before dispatch. If they do this you can return the phone at their cost. Always use the geographic number rather the expensive 0870 cs one

Hi, I got a phone last year from them and i have had no bother getting my cash back. Just dont lose the slips with your claim on it.

When you had to send in your bill after month 4, did you wait until 4 months after you were connected to the network and then send in the most recent bill you had, or did you wait until the first bill after 4 months arrived?
