  • Nope, unfortunately. I got one when it was £9 (well i exchanged 2x blue S&G for it so i got 800 points originally then swapped ;) )As the bag is lovely! This is the med sized one with drawstrings & bath puff and mirror.

I also got some nail kits from Bury retail park! :D Was this today?

PM me for a get together (or i'll do it all for you) shop.

Which store did you go to??? Glad to see other manchester bootsers about!!!!I am still a quite new bootser on this forum and in the real world had a boots card for years but never really went there , but after finding this boots thread I think I am becoming an addict !!! Is this normal?????? :rotfl:

Just thought I would say, I also got some nail kits from the bury branch, but ventured in to town (manchester market street) as had lots of hair vouchers to use up and thought, as it is quite big, would have chance to try all the glitches out but the med glitch didnt work for me so returned the bodywash but managed to keep the soap as i couldnt find my reciept ;) lol

Will post my list soon as I am playing poker aswell as trying to catch up with all the latest gossip and glitches on the thread
  • Thanks Broclo and KJ1980, that's useful info. I didn't know about the Tesco and Huggies clubs so I'll look into that.
Sis would much prefer to use terries being the hippy that she truly is but the nursery that she plans to put baby into eventually when she goes back to work insists on disposables, plus disposables are so much easier in the first few months too.

I must say I feel very old reading about all these different wipes etc. When mine were little it was cotton wool, water and a top and tail bowl, Johnsons wipes if we were out and about. Oh how times change. :rotfl:

Nine tails, this has become my least favourite store...

Do you ever shop at the marble arch branch? I've not been in there for a long time. Is it worth a visit?

Hi Sally, my hunting ground when I have some time is from Marble Arch/Oxford St/Regent St. Haven't been for bit over a week (term break). Will PM you if I find anything now I know you share the turf.

My normal run is Richmond/Kew/Hsmith/HSK - agree with you about HSK. I got the last MF pink box and had to plan like a military operation!

It is like a rectangular shiney black box with 4 wooden make up brushes in (the blush brush is gorgeous in it) its got a plastic cover that slides over the box and finished with a lovely red bow.

There are LOADS at the TC, usual MF place, so fellow mancs off you go.:p
Didn't see them in any other store though

(Have added description to original post now too)

Are these doing the rounds again?:D I got one last year with a nail set (pink bag) it had a ribbon tied around it. TBH I haven't even used the brushes yet. I am pleased to hear the blush brush is good. Will try to find it tomorrow and perhaps start using it:D

I must congratulate you scorpiokitten, I bet you have rather a large collection of GWP's:D you are our GWP queen:T

did you exchange or get a refund for you "not got a receipt" return! i returned a med product with a receipt and they scrutinised(sp) the receipt to see if i had gotten a free soap.. I hadnt!!! so got a full refund! got another to go back with no receipt this time  and thought about waiting till after all the hype so as not to raise suspicion!

I'll PM you too if I see anything:D forgot to mention earlier, Notting Hill had some reduced No7 stuff. Can't remember everything I saw now apart from the eye shadow compact (the one with a bird?) for 3.00

Hey, I got a pink MF box too:D Apart from this, I haven't had anything from that store since last year, when they had millions of red/black MF boxes and clutch bags!
  • Hi All!

I've not had any luck finding the soap in Notts so thought i'd take a drive out to Derby Pride Park Boots. They didn't have any either but they did have the £15.00 blue bag with it in....So I was very naughty & removed the soap from the bag & then took the two to the till. It went through no problem. So,I used the same soap again & got the green £15.00 bag! :D I made sure I purchased other stuff so it didn't look to obvious. SA didn't notice anyway.:T

Loads of cheap aftershave on the clearance stand at back of store...Some reduced from £40 to £12!
