    the day i went in to confront them it was empty when i went in and 4 sales guys with nothing to do !

    a hand full of ppl came and went, the sales guys all vanished when my grievence came out.

    In the end we bought our sofa from a local company they measured thoroughly and assured me the sofa would fit if not they simply bring it back and i choose another one all on next day delivery, no need to wait 6wks.

    and the sofa did fit and much better quality too.

    im pleased in the end its a success but it has been so stressfull.
