Is this solicitor a Family Law specialist?
i think its just a general solicitors which his family has used for years.
im trying my best to try and push him, even if he has to start being devious himself, for example i am urging him to open his ex's mail which his still getting sent to the house. because my friend is trying to play it out properly, but his ex isnt, i fear my friends situation is just going to get worst.
i keep empthaising to him, that when this situation is resolved he is going to still owe money on the house, while his ex has gotten away with £10k's.0 -

Depends.
If the dessert is an Icecream Sundae, about 30 seconds. If it's a knickerbockerglory, I'd allow a little longer.
