I just had a bit of a brainwave actually and remembered our MAIN method of transportation... bicycle! *goes off to google cycle computers*My TV is broken!

Ah, now cycle computers are those nice devices that tell you how far you've been, not where you are or you're going. What you'd need is a specialised mounting bracket to fit a car sat-nav to a bike.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0

I have a Garmin Nuvi - and it will do walking sat nav
As it doesn't know about paths / right of way / etc all you get is a straight line from where you are towards your destination - and all you do is follow the nearest path in that direction.
Check the battery life. Some have as little as 2 hours - no good for a long walk unless you switch it off when you're happy where you're going.0 -
