    hi ive had major problems trying to get my coffee maker i can get as far as the shopping bag but when i try to confirm the order and get it processed it taked me back to the homepage again
    what am i doing wrong???
    i cant even register with them cos i need a account number and to do that i need to have an processed order
    does anyone have any ideas

    I was able to complete my order ok but have since received an email to say that these gifts are only available with another order.
    Stop looking for answers....
    The most you can hope for are clues.....:)

  • I got some mail from them delivered by courier - but it was just a starter type pack that would have been able to fit thru a letterbox - invoice said that the coffee maker would be sent separately. Expensive way of sending post!

    To everyone who is currently having problems placing their order on the Grattan site:

    After 3 phone calls, I was told, yes there is a problem with the site, and it should be fixed by tomorrow. Meanwhile, I was welcome to place my order by phone - which is probably not that helpful if you want to sneak free stuff through without ordering anything else!

    I'll have another go tomorrow.

    (Unless, of course, the checkout problem is anything to do with making changes so we can't do that any more. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained!)

    just phoned helpline and spoke to someone and when i said i wanted to buy some things over the internet and i couldnt do it he asked if i had been trying to put promotional codes in
    so they may have cottoned on
    he did say i had to be registered so i ordered a top for my daughter at 6 pound which i will send back when i get my account number then i will try again
    just hope it still works by the time i do it
