its brilliant, albeit the cups are small. But a lot of use for something FREE

okay, managed to place an order in her name, at current address, i did my order at my folks place. When you place order, it gives you the quantity of each order, to be cheeky, i ordered 2 grills..and it all went through. I mean they are aksing how many..so why not. If they come through, i will report back!

I managed to order the grill, which was added to my basket. But when I click on Checkout, I'm taken to a page of offers and codes for future orders, but am not given the chance of creating an account (I'm not currently a Grattan customer).

Anyone else having this problem?

I tried to register so I could see my order history but it wouldn't let me  It wanted me to have an account number with 2 numbers, one letter, and 5 numbers, but mine has 2 numbers, one letter and 4 numbers!

Add a zero after the letter, ie if your account it 12a1234, it becomes 12a01234, dont ask me why it just is!

Wombat, I'm having the same problem. And there doesn't seem to be any way to create an account online, only to register with an existing account.

Can anyone shed light on this for us? Were all the people who were able to place an order already Grattan customers?
