Just got a   bathrobe  for me missus  that I  ordered with one of there short promo code if u spent over £50...'ZA' summat  can't remember. White very long robe with  pink trim,,, meant to be designer  but  ok for nothing.

BUT it have another  proper   catalogue number  so  another zero    balance item.

The BATHROBE code is     02K040

I just tried to order:-

The JUICER    code 02R702

but the site looks like it still is having problems.... probably a fix  by the computer guys to stop us!  ;D

There is a posting for the same topic on under Freebies. Someone there has kindly pointed out that if you proceed to checkout and it throws you back to the front page, replace the word index on the address bar with login and it takes you all the way through!

I havent tried myself yet but its got to be worth a shot.

I had the same problems yesterday afternoon. Couldn't get to checkout page, kept going back to homepage.
However, tried again last night and after checkout ..result..asked me to create an account(not a previous grattan customer), so do keep trying..got there in the end.

Yes, if you replace the word index on the address bar with login, then it does work. Currently going back to the home page at present. HTH

I've tried and tried, but although using 'login' takes me to the page where I can 'submit order' I then get taken back to the home page again without my order going through

Using "login" doesn't work for me either. Maybe they've latched on to this one as well.

Yip same with me, i got right through to the order page, but it says that the bathrobe is currently unavailable.
