well does anyone know what this means???

I had exactly the same problem. I don't know what the answer is, but in my welcome pack was a delivery note to expect the coffee machine by 3rd Aug, so I'll post next week as to whether it arrives

I had the same problem as well. The Customer No. they provided in the welcome pack would not get accepted on their web site. I did send them an Email to enquire if the goods were still on schedule for the August delivery date. Had a reply back this morning to say that it was and sorry for any delays. So fingers crossed, should still be getting it!!!!!

I got a pack delivered by courier that only consisted of paper work! Seemed a waste for the poor courier but never mind. Paperwork said out of stock of the stuff I'd ordered (think it was coffe machine and grill) no mention of whether it would be sent later. Did get a leaflet saying I'd spent enough to get a free Blender as i had 500 order points. Odd considering I've never bought anything from them before!!!

I just looked at the website, placed it as an order and then clicked 'check stock' where it simply says 'not available'. I don't think you will get your coffee maker, somehow.

Went through the same a few weeks ago. All I got was a catalogue and an invoice for £0.00 saying the cofeemaker is out of stock. I think that this is a scam to get people onto the mailing list.
