That sounds very strange and quite concerning. I can't help wondering if you would ever have found out if you hadn't called the helpline.katerobbins2 said:
SO I called the helpline, and it turns out I actually did win £350 this month on my full holding, even though the website doesn't show it!eskbanker said:
The chances of a blank month from a full holding are roughly one in ten, so three in a row is about one in a thousand - unlucky certainly but not suspiciously so IMHO, and an experience that'll be shared by hundreds if not thousands of others, if that's any consolation....katerobbins2 said:Should three months of £0 on a full holding be suspicious? I'm not sure what to do...
The NS&I call centre system shows the March prizes on my account, but the website & app doesn't yet... I was told it can sometimes take a while to update. Who knew.
I definitely got 0 in Jan & Feb though, but £150 in November (when I started) and £225 in December.
My partner started a FH account in Dec and has won between £100-350 each month, so I guess it does all average out...0 -

I'm abroad on holiday at the moment and was a day late in getting the results on the prize checker. I assumed that was because I was out of the country.
£300 between two of us on a total of £60k this month.0 -
WOW! It's great to see some winners!

I've held 2000 PB since the age of 21, so been holding for 34 years, and won absolutely nothing!I've also purchased £50 of PB's a month for the past 4 years and again, won absolutely nothing!I hopefully check the NSI&I PB app every month in great anticipation of maybe a £25 win, only to be told, yet again, 'No Luck This Time'

It seems that the PB machine has no problem with finding PB holders in Essex, Norwich, or anywhere south of where I live. For me, and like so many others who have seen the above winner pattern over and over again which questions the 'randomness' of the draw, I decided to dump the whole lot and get some interest on the money, which now means I'm a winner every month!
Wishing you all good luck with future draws!

£25 on FH following on from last months £50, pathetic.

I was beginning to get disillusioned but £325 last month and £450 this month (on full holding) postpones any thought of cashing in.0
