Hi all

I have just finished reading the entire thread, it has only taken me two days….I feel like I know some of you personally..;)

It has been fun reading about people’s hopes and wins, especially the 2 or 3 big wins mentioned. I have built up £6k over the last eighteen months, so far I have won £250 (5x£50), not bad I suppose, I am now buying in £500 blocs every two months with a £10k target in mind. I have other savings and see this as a low-risk gamble, just a bit of fun with something to look forward to at the beginning of each month.

just added £9,900 to take my holding to the max 30k for the august draw

bloke on the phone says this is fine as long as i invested before midnight.

was going to invest in an abbey super isa for the wife and i, but i hate my job and see this as an outside chance of a quick fix ... lol

the super isa can wait a few months for me to save up again im sure.

good luck everyone for the july draw, would be great if we could all get a medium / large sized win in the near future.

Well no big win for me again - probably have a few hundred small ones instead.

Nothing last two months but 3x£50 in April. Disappointingly as expected.

You mean "No big win for me this month". The smaller prize results have yet to be added to the PB website, so you could still win a prize for July. The premium bond checker for July should be updated very soon.

Can anyone tell me the date bonds are drawn?
I went onto the website and it still gives June's prizes and it's 2nd July today. I thought they were drawn on the 1st of every month?
Can anyone enlighten me please?
