A very respectable £350 on full holding this month. Quite a relief as until now the increases in prize rates had passed me by. Best month for many years. Return this year still only around 2% though. Hoping this month is a sign things are on the up🙂 (yes, I do know it’s random😉).
  • £275 on £62k holding this month (split between me and wife).

Up to £2,400 for the 23/24 financial year so far off an average holding over that time of £55k, so a win rate of 7.47% for the seven months to date if my maths are correct.

Our 22/23 win rate was 2.04% (which was in and around the average prize rate at the time), so definitely seeing the impact of the increased in prize rate by NS&I in this year's numbers so far.

£100 for me on circa £47k
£225 for OH on full holding.

I've had a couple of quieter months but definitely was due. Fingers crossed for a good win in December.

Very bad month for me. £25 on just over £41K, would of been nothing had I not put in the £1000 back in September since one of those bonds won the £25. As they say better than nothing but disappointing to say the least.

Hopefully December's draw and the final draw of the year changes that.

    1 x £100 and 1 x £25 on a 32k holding.
  • Is premium bond a big scam from the government? Has anyone met someone that has win big even 100k. I have 75k between myself and child and not doing well. I will withdraw my money.

Poor month, I got £50 on a £25K holding, my wife got nothing on a £31K holding.

    Typical 1st post.
Presumably you mean all governments then.
I’ve never met anyone who’s won 100k on the lottery either.

After a couple of disappointing months I managed to nab myself 3 prizes of £100 each this month. Not bad for a £23k holding.

My average holding for this calendar year has been £26,040 and I have won £1,100 in the last 11 months. So an annualised return of 4.6% so far this year. Here's hoping a bumper December brings that average up.
