Thanks! Actually, my holdings are £412 (£2 bought in 1952!)nic_c said:
Well done. This thread is dominated by those with max holdings, so it's great to hear from anyone with a sub £1K holding - are you withdrawing or adding it to your holding?Sleekit said:1 x £50 on £400 holding
I'd ticked the box to automatically withdraw if I won, so that's what happened. Although I didn't receive any emails telling me that I'd won, so I would never have known if I hadn't checked the app.0

I didn't have an email this month to say I'd won either

Well I’ve had an E-mail today to say I’ve won.
 I presume it’s telling me about October’s draw0

Strange goings on with the notifications.
Wife & I normally get winner notifications by email a few days after the draw one after the other.
This month I received my notification as normal.
The wife's came through a few minutes ago today.
 Very odd.

There's a second round of notifications mid-month, where ineligible 'winners' in the main draw are cancelled and the prizes reallocated to others.greyteam1959 said:Strange goings on with the notifications.

I received my notification letter yesterday (20th October) but the details of the prizes were showing when I checked my account on 2/10 and the money was in my bank account on 9/10, so late notification email was nothing to do with "new" allocations.eskbanker said:RedImp_2 said:Well I’ve had an E-mail today to say I’ve won.

You can elect to have wins automatically paid directly into your bank account without needing to make a claim.Primrose said:If you,re a person who moves hiuse fairly regularly for whatever reason and only have a low holding it,s far better to arrange for any wins to be added to your holding with extra bonds. Avoids the risk of any prizes going unclaimed if you forget to notify NS&I of a change of address.Bob0

What's the point of the email if they don't tell you how much you've won. You still have to go and look it up.0

Well, it’s all part of the anticipation isn’t it! 😆Swipe said:What's the point of the email if they don't tell you how much you've won. You still have to go and look it up.
At the risk of getting lynched by the way, I somehow managed to nab a £100 win this month….on a £190 holding! 🤣 reckon that’s the best return I’m ever likely to get on them!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

            I'd say that's more cause for a celebration than a lynching - great stuff!2
