I'd ticked the box to automatically withdraw if I won, so that's what happened. Although I didn't receive any emails telling me that I'd won, so I would never have known if I hadn't checked the app.

Well I’ve had an E-mail today to say I’ve won.
I presume it’s telling me about October’s draw

Strange goings on with the notifications.
Wife & I normally get winner notifications by email a few days after the draw one after the other.
This month I received my notification as normal.
The wife's came through a few minutes ago today.
Very odd.

There's a second round of notifications mid-month, where ineligible 'winners' in the main draw are cancelled and the prizes reallocated to others.

I received my notification letter yesterday (20th October) but the details of the prizes were showing when I checked my account on 2/10 and the money was in my bank account on 9/10, so late notification email was nothing to do with "new" allocations.

You can elect to have wins automatically paid directly into your bank account without needing to make a claim.

What's the point of the email if they don't tell you how much you've won. You still have to go and look it up.

At the risk of getting lynched by the way, I somehow managed to nab a £100 win this month….on a £190 holding! 🤣 reckon that’s the best return I’m ever likely to get on them!
