  • I buy one a month by DD of £50, but sadly wasn't me winning the big prizes!
  • I started with 2k and won a small prize the 1st month, which got me hooked. Gradually, over decades, I increased to the maximum. Every 6 months I calculate the "interest" earned. It was always 5.2-3%. The past 6months it has been 5.5%. Mind you, if I don't win in April (now) the percentage will drop. All my wins have been for £100 or £50, but there's been a lot of them. Good luck, all.

About 2 years ago I won £100 on premium bonds I didnt even know I had (had been bought for me at birth or something)

So overall it was a £500 win, as I sold the bonds and put the cash (much needed, as I was a student) in my bank account.

I'm really happy as i put £1000 of my money in which i am saving for a car in the next couple of months into premium bonds i knew i wouldn t get alot of interest so i thought i d have a gamble. So this is my 3rd draw & i've won £50 so to me that makes 5% back. Today must be my lucky day as i passed my driving theory today! Big grin on my face!
