Thank you - the lady on the phone did advise me of that a few days ago when I wanted to withdraw some from another product and had to ring them for an additional security check. It's just funny that I've had 13 winners and 11 of them are from the first two batches. I actually have 6 that were bought when I was born and whilst they've never won anything and probably won't, I'd like to keep them for sentimental reasons. When I added them to my online account, they added two leading 0s to make the numbers the length they are now.eskbanker said:
Oldest is the default but if you feel it'll make a difference, you can override that and choose which ones to cash in if you do it by post:BooJewels said:Unfortunately when you cash them in, it's the oldest ones that go first and almost all my winners have come from the first 10k I bought. If you ask us to cash in online or by phone, we decide which Premium Bonds and Premium Bond numbers to cash in. We normally cash in your oldest Premium Bonds first. You can only ask which Premium Bonds to cash in by post. Because we issue Premium Bonds in ranges of consecutive numbers, we’ll take the numbers from the end of the range if you’re only cashing in part of a Premium Bond. You can’t choose to cash in specific Premium Bond numbers.

I don't think I'm that anxious to lose out on my beauty sleep. I'll wait for any nice surprises(or disappointments) until the next morning ! Getting a "biggie" would certainly ensure my sleep was disrupted for the following wee morning hours!grandadgolfer said:Normally from about 30 mins before midnight you can get results from here

Zero in October then 150 November and now 125 on max. It has picked up this last 2 months and I might hold off pulling it all out. Not been great over the last 3 years at average 50 a month on the maximum but it's winning a bigger prize thats been holding me back. I might give it one more month however I said that last month0
