I've looked there and refreshed - maybe the new update hasn't reached Wales yet. It's a long way no doubt.TadleyBaggie said:Regular prize checker on the website. It’s definitely December as the amounts are different from November. The latest prize amounts are always available just before midnight but the month name doesn’t get updated straight away.
EDIT - just arrived - £75 on a full holding - same as last month (1x£25 1x£50)
(Not complaining - but would have liked a bit of a Christmas bonus

£75 this month, December 2022: 3 x £25.00
This time last year I won £625 (£500 + £100 + £25)
Total winnings this year (2022) = £625 // 25 prizes
Last year (2021) = £1,000 // 18 prizes0 -
Wow £300 for me this month!!
2 x £100
1 x £50
2 X £25
I'm absolutely delighted

2 x £25 on £421750

£27k holding and just £25 since June.
No win for 4 consecutive draws. Merry bloomin' Christmas.0 -
£175 on full holding, after nothing last month. 1 x 100, 1 x 50, 1 x 25. Biggest win to date.
Still not close to the supposed 'interest rate', so some will have to go. Unfortunately when you cash them in, it's the oldest ones that go first and almost all my winners have come from the first 10k I bought.0 -
£400 for me and MrsT combined on max holding. Best for a while.0

Nice to see that someone with a holding of £600 won £100,000. And someone holding £100 won £25,000. By nice I don't mean nice. I mean I'm insanely jealous and really must get out of this dream of my money actually 'earning' much in Bonds. Someone has to pay the price for those wins. And by someone I mean most of us.
EDIT: Make that at least two people with £100 worth of bonds winning £25,000. The odds on those two winning must be infinitesimal!1 -
Oldest is the default but if you feel it'll make a difference, you can override that and choose which ones to cash in if you do it by post:BooJewels said:Unfortunately when you cash them in, it's the oldest ones that go first and almost all my winners have come from the first 10k I bought. If you ask us to cash in online or by phone, we decide which Premium Bonds and Premium Bond numbers to cash in. We normally cash in your oldest Premium Bonds first. You can only ask which Premium Bonds to cash in by post. Because we issue Premium Bonds in ranges of consecutive numbers, we’ll take the numbers from the end of the range if you’re only cashing in part of a Premium Bond. You can’t choose to cash in specific Premium Bond numbers.
