The Santander app doesn't show pending incoming payments...so hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

So do their credits normally appear first thing, or can they appear randomly at any time of day?

I'd rather not have to call them, as I've heard that their CS isn't crack hot!!    Plus it would be DH that would have to ring (they're his bonds) and he has even less patience than I do!!!   

I just checked and the majority of my winnings from last year were credited on either the 8th or 9th of the month so, based on my experience at least, you should expect to get it either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Bank holidays can put this back for a day or two (eg. May or January), with the latest payment being on the 11th of the month for me.

Provided you're happy that they have the correct bank details, then I wouldn't even think about ringing them until at least the end of the week.

BACS payments are usually first thing

Zero for me again this month, my total winnings in the last 6 months is £100 on a full £50000 holding 🙄.  Other half won £50 this month bringing their total winnings over the last 6 months to £1350 on the full £50000 holding……I am seriously considering cashing mine in 😩

My first win since the November draw, 2 x £25 on max holding  and similar to the poster above only £125 in 6 months, but I will be leaving my money in PB's for now

3 x £25 on £30k holding this month. £200 over last 6 months. Both my parents got 1 x £25 on 2 max holdings which is their worst results in past 6 months.
