So to increase my chances of winning, I now have to sell any bond that has previously won, in addition to selling and re-buying those 'old' bonds? 🤭annabanana82 said:1 -

We normally cash in your oldest Premium Bonds first. You can only ask which Premium Bonds to cash in by post. Because we issue Premium Bonds in ranges of consecutive numbers, we’ll take the numbers from the end of the range if you’re only cashing in part of a Premium Bond. You can’t choose to cash in specific Premium Bond numbers.

I'll remember that if I ever have to cash any in. I have a block of £10k, which was a legacy i invested and this block regularly produces £25 winners for me. I always like to think the person concerned would be looking down smiling with pleasure that their gift goes on giving. Sentimental I know, but it keeps the individual's memory alive.3
