• £25 winning from a £5,400 batch of numbers purchased in 2015 (total winnings for that batch stands at £675 // 24 prizes);
• £25 winning from a £10,500 batch of numbers purchased in 2021 (total winnings for that batch stands at £25 // 1 prize).

First time since we both went to max holdings about a year ago not a penny this month. We've been regularly getting 50 to 100 each month so hopefully this is a one off or a prelude to a large prize

The population of the UK is 68 200 000, and the population of Wales is 3 170 000 - about 4.65% of the UK population, and far less than "a quarter of the country" -  so unless you think that Wales should get a disproportionately high number of prizes like it gets a disproportionately high level of public spending under the discredited Barnet Formula, the number of prizes seems reasonable.

We've opted to have it paid into our bank.  How long does this usually take?

They say that if the prize has not appeared in your account by the 7th working day of the month then to call them.
