I've just logged onto the website and it still says "next results due 2nd Nov" and no winnings showing.

Does this mean we haven't won anything?   (its our first draw with £40k)

I use the App though it can be a little temperamental at times

I use the Prize Checker app - results are usually live just after midnight. My emails tend to come through 1-2 days after the draw.
