Just curious, how many of you out there have the winnings automatically re-invested on a rolling monthly basis ? Or do you wait to receive the winnings, and then spend it(!!), pehaps even then buy more bonds with it soon after...
Just curious ?Beware Lego Men with Deep pockets...! :cool:0 -
I've never won either. Winning £50 from a £100 investment a couple of months ago is great!0

I have the cheques sent to me, then normally if i have a bit of money they get re-invested.
I prefer to receive the money then I can decide what to do with it. Maybe next time i win i might treat the Mrs to something.:whistle:0 -

Spot on. Most cheque theft / fraud occurs through mail intercepts. Unless you're getting your prizes re-invested .. you should always check. Otherwise the 'nice surprise' might be someone elses? If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
Two £50's for me this month.:T
Also struck lucky last month with three £50's.
Not as good as around 10 years ago when I won £1000 tho but here's hoping.
They interviewed someone from PB's yesterday on our local radio - apparently the bond numbers are drawn one week before the end of the month to give them time to check them. The £1M winners are visited in person on the last working day of month and there are two people employed to do that job.0 -

Best to know in advance whats due to you and raise it accordingly should the postie service lose it en route
A humble £50 win for me this month.
Good point never really thought of that!
However I`ve had really poor returns on £12,000.
