I set up £100 in bonds just to open the account and i want to add to make it 40k. I did it in mid august but have so far only recieved a letter talking about online and phone access. No bond numbers or anything yet. Do they normally take this long, I can't add anymore until then can i?

Have under the old max of £30000 but had a regular £25 win. Since the
Increase to £40000 last two draws.....no win. Drawing out and treating myself to new car.
