Put your holder number into the NS&I site and it'll tell you. Or have you registered?

just a quick question, i have £30,000 that i want to keep relatively easy access for the next 6-12 months as will probably use it to put down on a house.

is it possible to put the lump sum in bonds and then take out when i need to?

In my experience when cashing in PBs, I received the cash in a few (3, I think it was) days.

It's very easy to do this especially if you register online. That way you can transfer money in and out quickly. I think it only took a day or less to transfer money out.

According to the online prize checker "Please note that June draw results will not be available until Thursday 7th June, due to Public Bank Holidays."

I don't mean using the prize checker, rather use the My Account section where you have to login with a password.

I've had a few premium bonds for several years, and haven't won a sausage.
