I registered at the NS&I site to view and run my bonds online.
After getting a couple of small prizes this month, there is a message on site saying the winnings have been sent by BACS and I should get them in three days.

This has got to be a vast improvement of waiting to receive a cheque, usually at the end of the month, and then waiting another four days to cash it.

2 X £25 this month, thats a win every month since I bought them last June.
  • Hi,

My brother has recently recieved a letter from the premium bonds saying 'thank you for your investment of £4000'
Is it possible they have made a mistake?
We cannot think of any family member that may have invested for him.
He thinks he may have entered an online survey to win some a while ago but would have thought the survey company would have let him know he would have won?
We're confused and looking for some answers,

    cheers,

    Mike
