My DS has £100 (possibly more as he has won twice but I don't know whether the prizes were issued as bonds) of premium bonds registered at his dad's mum's address.
If DS wanted to invest more in PB, how would this work? His dad doesn't have parental responsibility and sees DS maybe two or three times a year.
