    Not just me then. I've been trying from time to time all morning ... finally made it into the page where you insert your holder number, and when I did ... nothing, it just hangs. :mad:

    I can only presume they either have a technical problem with the servers or it is simply sheer volume of enquiries.

  • Well I held £1,000 of premium bonds from April '08 to May 2009 when I sold them to help pay off some debt. Didn't win anything for months after I bought them - then, in January 2009, won 2x£50 prizes - so 10% return in a year, pretty good I'd say :)

    I'd definitely recommend premium bonds for smaller investments where the interest's likely to be miniscule, as soon as I get some more savings I'll be buying back those bonds ;)

    Lol if they did it would mean the Bank of England has gone bust too - there'd be mass unemployment and the end of the British economy/way of life as we know it :eek:
