    My 2 x £25 new bonds arrived yesterday x

Same as above I also got 2 x £25 new bonds arrive yesterday, don't get any £50 prizes since they introduced the new £25 prize.

When in the month you've won do they issue the prizes? In steps downwards from £1,000,000 on the first day of the month and the £25's by mid-month/end? Thanks!

Smaller prizes get posted on the NS&i site from as early as the 2nd/3rd working day of the month. The new winning bonds or warrants usually arrive in the middle of the month (earliest Ive had is 10th, latest 18th)
Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk
  • Where is the OP who wanted the info re PB's
  • Our cheques used to arrive around 15th but they now seem to get later every month.
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

I am a great believer in PBs as in previous times rewards have excelled any other form of safe investment for me. However, I have had nothing at all since the £25 prizes came out and am seriously considering cashing them in - but not sure whether to then rebuy or find something else.

Is that a strong enough threat for Ernie to have pity on me I wonder??

I advised someone to put £10k of their redundancy into PBs, first draw £10000 win.I have had full holding for decades and £100 is the best I have done.

Thanks all. Hasn't popped through the letterbox yet, disappointly, but considering I only bought my first £250 worth in late December ish so skipped the January draw a £25 in Feb ain't so bad, complete chance of course.

Of course it is chance but so is a big win - that is what keeps me hanging in there.

    that's very unusual. I get around £25 a month on a £20k holding.
