I have a love/hate relationship with my job.
Oh how i dream of this - to even remotely enjoy my job would be a start!!:D
Started some work in the garden today - got some screening for a little corner of the garden i didnt know what to do with - looks great now!
I cant wait for the nicer weather to start to really get cracking on the garden.
Looking forward to those days when i can finish work, get in the garden enjoy an alocholic beverage (or two!!) and just relax,

Welcome GAZZA.
Have spent most of today reading articles, would rather :wall: but at least I got to talk to my tutor and know which direction my essay can take.
House is a tip again. Oh well. Took DS to the park after school, it was grim.
Tea is HM pizza and salad, BM didn't turn up so am doing it manually. All the washing is nearly dry, just airing on the radiators. Need to do some ironing soon!
Have a good evening all.

Mrs Mix. I hope your Dad feels better soon and gets settled.
Catz...Hoping your friend recovers quickly.
Welcome Gazza 154689990927235547495950060609873653553:p :hello: Like you I can't wait to get out into the garden properly. All my seedlings are waiting to go out in the planters on the decking and my veg seedlings are getting strong and waiting for the arrival of my new greenhouse. :j
I've managed quite alot today except the dreaded paperwork. My reasoning being that if I got household jobs out of the way today I could concentrate in the office for the rest of the week.
Soooo I did a mahoosive batch cook of Spag Bol, cauliflower soup, chicken fried rice and beef and pepper casserole. So that's all the meals done until the weekend. ***smug smilie***Also made an extra loaf for tommorrow.
Also cleaned the bathroom and girls' rooms, and got 3 loads of washing dried outside.
The front wall of the garden is whitewashed and fronts a narrow road which causes the wall to end up green from all the cars driving through the numerous puddles we've had all winter. Not anymore!! I've been at the entire wall with bleach and a deck brush.OH will be pleasantly surprised as it's a job I'm not usually up to.
Homeworks are done and tea is made so I'm having a little surf and a coffee.
Have a good evening everyone.
Ps RedRuby... I can't believe you're advising Aussie to drink alcohol to get rid of her stye.
(She tries that as a remedy for most things so it was a waste of your breath)0 -
