Hi
No unfornately it will only let you use one delivery code or 10 off code at once but you can use the food ones with them if your buying that item and sometimes similar items , best thing to do is to add all codes to your adsa e/codes account and luckly phickman puts them all together on one post so that makes it easier , asda will store them in e/voucers untill they expire and then you can use them as you need them.
i hope that helps , but whats really weird is i'm also in sr5

Just thought I would share today’s ASDA Eastlands shopping experience with you. I had a delivery booked for the 11 am - 1pm slot, it arrived with practically moments to spare – Well, I say “it arrived”, but about half of it didn’t. All the chilled and frozen stuff did, but my grocery and ambient stuff didn’t, though I would really like to know whose stuff they did try and deliver to me, because they probably have an empty fridge too. I returned the shopping that clearly wasn’t mine to the driver, and asked whether they could return to the store, locate the missing items and call me to arrange re-delivery later in the day. No call came.
I ‘phoned the Customer Services helpline, who said they would look into it. They promised the store would ‘phone me back, they didn’t. After waiting four hours, my husband ‘phoned the store… they all appear all to have gone home. You would expect them to at least pick up the 'phone out of plain courtesy. Unhappy husband eventually clamed down enough to ‘phone Leeds HQ. Martin the Customer Services person, clearly wasn't "happy to help" and when he was prevailed upon to put our call through to a supervisor – the call was mysteriously dropped. We called back immediately, but Martin had on all accounts,“Gone on his break” and the supervisor had, unfortunately “just left for the day”.
We explained the problem again and asked for them contact someone senior in store, like a member of the management team, “they will have gone home” and it would appear they have no one who can deal with anything out-of-hours, even in the event of fire, flood or break-ins (so feel free). We gave them a further hour to sort this out. Someone then ‘phoned from Customer Services in South Africa. We asked for them to sort it out, they had had the balance of an hour left. Customer Services ‘phoned again moments later saying they couldn’t get hold of anyone at the store and they clearly were not going to make any further effort on our behalf.
We are eating out of the freezer tonight. It is nice to think of the senior management team of ASDA Eastlands enjoying a hassle-free Bank Holiday weekend. I have just spent the whole day waiting around for nothing. Tuesday comes, and so does a call to Trading Standards…and a carefully worded e-mail to the CEO of ASDA WalMart,. I'm not afraid of the big bad wolf..
I understand everyone's experience of Home Shopping throughout the UK differs, but ASDA Home Shopping working out of Eastlands is not fit for purpose. Today's main event comes after them trying to dump my shopping on the street outside the my multiple occupancy building, in breach of Trading Standards law and in clear contravention of the Disability Discrimination Act as it relates to provision of goods and services, being hours late, losing items, food hygiene and handling issues, such as mis-packing raw meat with ready-to-eat items, badly damaged items, unavailable "main line" items and mis-chosen substituted items, as well as them delivering stuff that is several days beyond it's specified "use by" date. Action is often better than words... and today I am left truly speechless...0 -
My shopping this week came 1 hour early after Steve from on the van phoned to see if I was in and could he come round. I had two good subs and all long dated stuff, so great this week, after me being Mrs Angry with the store on Wednesday.
The problem is that you should be able to rely on it being good every week and this just isn't the case. I don't think complaining will go amiss, and feel free to quote me on my experiences if you like. Problem is - they don't give a damn because there's plenty of customers around to make up for us if we take our custom elsewhere.
Good luck and keep us updated.0 -
By way of update, I received a call from the Eastlands Store at 9 am, saying that the outstanding items would be delivered that morning. The delivery arrived at 11:15 am, with two items missing.
I telephoned the Customer Helpline informing them of my disappointment with the level of service provided by ASDA Eastlands store, said that I would be taking further action to accord negative publicity on this matter and that I wouldn't be using the home shopping service working out of ASDA Eastlands again.
The general tone of the response was "So what? Can't be bothered, don't care". ASDA Eastlands are not fit for purpose and some of their errors border on negligence. TD.0 -
