    Hi

I don't think there are any circulating right now.

I had an Asda order for last Sat it was the last day for using the £10 off £50 code, it went through in my account. I ordered over £50 worth but when the shopping came there were quite a few things missing, really stupid basic things that I'm amazed they didnt substitute, this bought the order down to just over £42 worth in value and it seems they didnt allow the £10 off. I only ordered from them because of the code so I'm really not pleased at all.

Has anyone else found this? I'm going to ring the store and see what they will do but from previous experience when ringing the store for refunds they most of the time just don't credit your card when they say they are going to so its a bit of a pain chasing it up.

I also noticed when I ordered 2 big gravey granuals on offer at 2 for £2 they came up as multisave on my order but when they arrived they were full price and no longer on the website at multisave surely if the offer ran out on the day which I cant remember it doing they should do what tesco do and make it clear the offer ends on your chosen deliver date before you check out. I only put the order in the day before delivery though

ASDA strikes again... I would be very suprised if you don't get your £10 off, despite your incomplete order only amounting only to £42, the original order amounted to £50 plus. Please check what they have debited/taken off your payment card or what has been shown as the final total on the "my orders" page of the web-site.

Remember the total on the paper schedule they deliver with your shopping doesn't include e-voucher discounts, and thus is useless for accounting purposes. (You can join me in my weekly game of "Guess the Final Total").

The "2 for £2" problem is concerning. Normally an offer which is due to expire is notified on the final checkout page in red script. However, it will say something like "multibuy savings not eligible for the delivery date selected and will not be applied" and often leaves me sorting though my virtual basket trying to find which multibuys they are on about.

The worst thing re: multibuys is when they are incomplete. I ordered two Nutraspa shower gels marked "2 for £5". Me being a complete skinflint would never pay anything approaching the full price for shower gel, but as an offer it made the products within my budget. I ordered one of one fragrance, one of another, in accordance with the offer. However, they only had one of the fragrances in stock so brought that, didn't substitute the out of stock fragrance with another the same, or a different one, and I ended up paying full price for that one item, rather than getting the benefit of the saving! I was a bit annoyed when I noticed.

Good luck 'phoning the store. Let us know how you get on... TD.

PS: If any one knows how to get chocolate ice-cream stains off a cotton top, I would be gratefully. Has been washed in "Vanish" stain spray twice, once at 40c and once at 60c, and it still ain't "vanished".

Maybe too late now but try rubbing it with washing up liquid before washing - it breaks down the enzymes, but you may have washed the stain in by now.

On an asda note, i thought that the e-vouchers didn;t show on the invoice when it arrived but they still took it off the amount you owed?
