I did my first online shop with asda the other week. When i was ordering it the deal on herbal essences shampoo was on 3 for £4. Couldnt find it in the shopping list.Phoned up, told it was on offer but wasnt showing up - pretty obvious that is why i phoned. Told to phone back when order was delivered. Got a stupid guy, poor english, basically told me that i was lying!! that made me mad!! phoned again to sort it out, sick of having to phone!
Anyway, have something in my order i wish to return they told me i can return it to the store with my delivery note, is this true?

There was recently a 10% off code but its expired. ANd I've got my eye on something nice :-)

and as for asda home shopping and customer service.....I gave up as their quite frankly CR4P and late and incompetent IMHO.

We would rather now waste and hour in the store, know we were getting non short use by dates and get everything as the same time.
