I'm having the devil's own job getting my free del code accepted, have tried 4 that are supposed to run until Sept 08, but they are coming up as expired. If I can't get free del I'm not placing the order :mad: . Anyone else having this problem? Will try the ones posted above.

Thanks to everyone that posts voucher codes they are invaluable. Haven't been able to return the favour yet as not received any of my own.

Glad to know I'm not on my own having had various problems with Asda myself though substitute items have all been sensible so far, main problems are missing/damaged items, receiving ridiculously large amounts of meat/veg when I've ordered under a kilo, etc. I suffer from health problems that leave me unable to shop and if it wasn't that Asda were so much cheaper I'd certainly switch supermarkets instead of having to reject items and being left without a joint for Sunday!

After phoning Customer Services and consistently getting unhelpful attitudes I now complain on-line using the following link and generally receive a helpful response via e-mail within hours. Refunds are made, but it doesn't change the inconvenience when I do have missing items or need to reject half a cow!
