well done on completing the marathon ...how's your knees etc ...i would love t do a marathon but the knees and big boobs are kinda stopping me (well tleast thats my excuse and i'm sticking to it) but if it's a good weight loss tool then i might be tempted lol
  • The excuses aren't good enough - my knees were terrible before and then I got fitted out with a good pair of trainers and no problems since (apart from Sunday of course!). Re boobs - bl00dy good sports bra and you're sorted!

  • Oh and re weight loss, I lost what I needed to initially and then just toned up a lot. Only problem now is that muscle weighs more than fat so heavier - how unfair is that!

Hi elantan! Knees excuse not good enough I'm afraid. I've got dodgy knees too and they've actually been better since I started running last year.

Can't help on the big boobs unfortunately, if only.... I can't find a sports bra small enough for my pathetic pair.

More hugs here - it's only natural to have a bit of a slump after such a big event. Am sure that planning more things will help though - oh and definitely chocolate! ;)
