Last year was last year. Whatever they did then (and sometimes they did pay it and sometimes not within the 2 months) means very little nowadays.0

How exactly is the auto cashback recieved? I'm expecting £45 after a month (upto 2 months). Do they simply post a cheque to your home address?0

That's what SHOULD happen. It hasn't been thus far.0

No problem with that. Sometimes you get to sue too! Lol!0

Will you get £50 for the phone?? It's a clearance phone, though the last one I got was brand new (it required a software update).
I undrestand your reason for not wanting 12 months free deal!!!!!!
In theory it looks ok, and you should have the £200 back after 3 months.
I've only had one auto cashback deal with e2save ( part of a 11 months free contract) which is now due. I'm waiting until Saturday and will start chasing this up.
Best of luck,
Lynsey

No. It's specific to your cashback terms and conditions (they vary), the date you took out your contract, and the date of your bills. Search, there are lots of threads on this.0 -
Cheque received yesterday for £136 auto cashback - can't complain.

Except that surely it's at least 3 weeks late?
Is it though????
Contract started 23/01, two months without cancelling 23/03, cheque raised and received approx. 3 weeks later (allow 21-28 days for cheque).
Suits me and surely they have to wait two months to make sure you haven't cancelled. That's the way I see it anyway.
